Xiaomi's upcoming smartphone Redmi Prime will be launched on August 4 at 12 noon. The smartphone will be sold on e-commerce website Amazon. The company has released the teaser for the launch of Redmi Prime. This phone will be a re-branded version of Redmi 9 and Redmi 9A. The phone can be offered in gray and green color variants.

Xiaomi recently launched Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, Note 9 Pro and Note 9 smartphones in India. In such a situation, it is expected that the Redmi Prime smartphone will be offered under the budget category for less than 10 thousand rupees. Xiaomi has not yet made any major disclosure about Redmi Prime. But in the teaser of the phone, the waterdrop notch display is indicated in the phone. According to leaked reports, it will be the powerful gaming smartphone of Redmi.

If you talk about the specification, then the Redmi Prime smartphone will get full HD + display. The phone has a MediaTek Helio G25 chipset. Apart from this, a 13MP quad camera setup will be available on the rear panel of the phone. In addition to being in the budget category, the phone will be given a 5020mAh powerful battery with a total of 5 cameras, which will come with 18W fast charging support. The Redmi 9 Prime smartphone will compete with Realme Narzo and Samsung Galaxy M01 Core in India.
